La Cúpula of Jardines de Nivaria offers diners a combination of French cuisine and local Canarian cuisine, with dishes prepared by chef Rubén Cabrera, awarded in several occasions: as Best Chef in the Spanish national gastronomy contest in 2016, and with the Best Chef in the Canary Islands award given by the guide ¡Qué Bueno! Canary Heineken.

The restaurant La Cúpula is located on the fourth floor of the Hotel Jardines de Nivaria inCosta Adeje. This 5 star hotel in the south of Tenerife has stunning panoramic views over the ocean.
