In addition to the various dishes available at the buffet, you will be able to taste dishes of the day made specifically for those who require them.
Also in our Restaurant La Cúpula, diners will find culinary proposals that elevate vegetable ingredients to a gourmet level, demonstrating how vegetarian cuisine can also be exquisite.
In addition, our responsibility to the environment is reflected in many of our vegetarian options, which include zero-kilometre ingredients, thus supporting local producers and minimising our carbon footprint.
