Certificado ISO 9001 para todos los hoteles de la cadena Adrián Hoteles

Since 2014 the Adrián Hoteles group gets the requirements of the UNE EN ISO 9001:2008, and it has recently been certified for the three hotels Jardines de Nivaria *****, Roca Nivaria GH ***** and Colón Guanahaní **** located on the southern of Tenerife.

ISO 9001:2008 is the system base quality management, an international standard that focuses on all the elements of quality management that a business must have to offer an effective system that allows managing and improving the quality of their products or services.

Annually a certifying company moved to the installations – by an external audit – to verify the continued compliance with the requirements imposed by the UNE EN ISO 9001.

The three hotels of the Adrian Hoteles chain also have the certificate of Q quality from the Spanish Tourism Quality Institute (UNE 182001: 2008). The hotel Jardines de Nivaria and the Roca Nivaria GH hotel have ISO 14001 environmental certification, and they are tested according to the European EMAS. Through the implementation of this system, the resource management is optimized and the potential environmental (direct and indirect impacts) are reduced.
