As a preventive measure our 3 hotels have been completely disinfected.
We hope that you and your beloved ones are all well.
As you are aware, due to the declaration of the State of Alarm in the whole of Spain, we are forced to close our 3 hotels.

I have a holiday with you on 18 June through Jet2 – they say that they have not been told that Jardine de Nivaria hotel is closed. Is that the case? They have taken the full balance for our holiday as they say they have not heard that you are closed! Naught!y!
