Rubén Cabrera, Chef at Hotel Jardines de Nivaria’s La Cúpula Restaurant, located in Costa Adeje (Tenerife), has recently won the first prize in the 4th International Creative Cuisine Competition “Gamba Roja de Dénia”. The Chef, from the Adrián Hoteles hotel group, wowed the judges with his “Tierra de Mar” recipe.

We introduce you to Roni, the mascot of Adrian Hoteles Roca Nivaria. He will accompany our youngest guests during the fun moments of their stay, like the minidisco. He will be with us by Christmas time this year.

At the hotel they will offer classes for all levels for individuals and groups at the two tennis courts with artificial turf and flood lights. The tennis school will also organise tournaments for our guests.
