Our 3 hotels, Jardines de Nivaria, Roca Nivaria GH and Colón Guanahaní have been awarded the Customer Excellence Award 2023 by British Airways Holidays. This recognition highlights the dedication and commitment of our teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
British Airways Holidays uses a transparent process to select the award winners. At the end of a guest’s stay, they are asked to rate their experience on aspects such as location, service, cleanliness and sleep quality. These reviews are compiled by Feefo, the leading platform for verified reviews, guaranteeing their authenticity.
Hotels that receive a minimum number of customer reviews, with an overall score of 4.5 out of 5 or higher, have the opportunity to be considered for this award. In our case, Jardines de Nivaria and Roca Nivaria scored 4.7 and Colón Guanahani stood out with a 4.8.
