    No, only after previous request.

  2. How far away is the beach from the hotel?

    The hotel has direct access to Playa Fañabé and is 5 minutes away from Playa del Duque.

  3. Does the hotel have room service?

    Yes, the hotel offers a 24 hour room service.

  4. How can I make special requests for my stay in the hotel?

  5. Is it possible to book a certain room?

    We always take the special wishes of our guests into consideration and try our best to allocate the room you have asked for, but we can never promise the actual room number, as this is subject to availability.

  6. Is it permitted to bring animals to the hotel?

    No, except guide dogs.

  7. Does the hotel have facilities to celebrate an event?

  10. Is the hotel handicapped accessible?

    Yes, the hotel offers rooms that are handicapped accessible and has also made all areas of the hotel accessible.

  11. Are there any rooms for smokers?

    It is prohibited to smoke inside any of the rooms, only on the terrace or balcony of the rooms or outside, except in the areas that are marked as non-smoking.

  13. Where is the hotel located?

    The hotel Jardines de Nivaria is located am Playa Fañabé, at the Costa Adeje in the South of Tenerife. It is 17km away from the International Airport Reina Sofía.

  14. How do I dress for the New Years Eve Gala?

    We kindly request our distinguished guests to attend elegantly, i.e. ladies in evening gowns and gentlemen black-tie.

  15. Is there a dress code?

    During breakfast and lunch it is not permitted to wear bathing clothes without a T-shirt, barefooted or wet.


    During dinner, gentlemen have to wear long pants, shirts with sleeves and closed shoes.

  16. Is there access to the Internet or Wifi in the Hotel?

    There are computers with Internet access and also Wifi in the hotel, including all rooms.

  17. How do we receive information about offers and promotions of the hotel?

  18. Is there parking at the hotel?

    The hotel offers parking for all guests, either directly in front of the entrance of the hotel or in the basement garage.

  19. Is there a place where I can store my luggage, if my flight is later in the day?

    The hotel provides you with room where you can store your luggage until your departure.

  20. Is it possible to check-out at a later time than the time given?

    This is only possible when arranged previous to the check-out and always subject to availability.

  21. At what time do I have to leave my room?

    Check-out is at 12.00 p.m..

  22. At what time is check-in?

    Check-in is at 2 p.m..

  23. How can I change or cancel my booking?

    If you booked through our website you are able to change or cancel the booking online. Click on the link under the box with your booking, where "change" or "cancel" booking is indicated and follow the steps.


    If you have booked through an angency or travel operator you will have to get in touch with them directly.

  24. I booked through a website which wasn't the website of the hotel. How can I change or cancel my booking? .

    You need to get in touch directly with the contact of the website you booked through

  25. I forgot my booking number! What now?

    The booking number is not neccessary for check-in. Proof of identity, you name and sir name are sufficient.

  26. Can I check my booking online? How?

     

    Once your booking has been activated you will receive an e-mail with all the necessary information and details needed.
